Your journey with us

Your initial consultation with us is completely free. In that first meeting, we’ll discuss the goals you have for your life and finances and how we can support you in achieving them. And you’ll learn about our services and fees, which you can also see below.

1. Building your financial plan

This can be done during your initial consultation, or at a follow-up appointment. The process covers:

  • Discussing your existing financial arrangements and full personal circumstances
  • Understanding your investment knowledge and attitude to risk
  • Assessing any existing investments and cashflow modelling
  • Presenting your financial plan, including a report of your current status and our recommendations for future success.

What it costs:

A fixed fee of £1,000

This is payable upon presentation of your financial plan. This fee will be waived wholly or in part if you’d like our help implementing any of our recommendations.

2. Implementing your financial plan

If you want us to implement any of the recommendations we made in your financial plan, we’ll do the following:

  • Handle all fund and policy administration on your behalf
  • Provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress
  • Ensure all documents are issued in line with your expectations
  • Provide confirmation of all actions taken on your behalf in writing.

What it costs:

Our charges for implementing your plan can either be taken from your investment upon receipt by the policy or paid directly by you as below:

  • First £500,000 at 1.5%
  • Above £500,000 at 0.5%

Percentages are on a tiered basis.

Please note: Charges are subject to a minimum of £2,500.

Example 1

If we arrange an investment on your behalf for £1.1 million, our implementation fee would be £10,500 (£500,000 x 1.5% = £7,500 + £600,000 x 0.5% = £3,000). As this is more than the minimum charge of £2,500, no other charge would be applied. The total fee payable would be £10,500.

Example 2

If we arrange an investment on your behalf for £125,000, our implementation fee would be £1,875 (£125,000 x 1.5%). As this is less than the minimum of £2,500, an additional charge of £625 would be applied. The total fee payable would be £2,500.

3. Ongoing review service

We’ll discuss the full scope of our ongoing services during your initial consultation. These services include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Structured reviews to give you peace of mind
  • Assessment of your circumstances and any changes to your plans needed
  • Regular updates and information regarding your holdings
  • Ongoing support with correspondence and administration requirements
  • Financial planning and wealth management

What it costs:

0.75%, or a minimum of £1,000

Where the value of your investments rises, the monetary fees for the service increases, and vice versa.

Any change to the level of service throughout this agreement will result in pro rata charges being applied in relation to the minimum costs.

Example 1

If your investments are valued at £93,000, the ongoing charge we’d receive would be £697.50 (£93,000 x 0.75%). As this is less than the minimum ongoing service fee, we’d charge you £302.50 as the balance. The total fee payable would be £1,000 per annum.

Example 2

If your investments are valued at £900,000, the ongoing charge we’d receive would be £6,750 (£900,000 x 0.75%). As this exceeds the minimum ongoing service fee, no other charges would be applied. The total fee payable would be £562.50 per month.
